After 28 years with the same dentist I suddenly found myself in the position of having to change dentists next year due to her removing patients deemed 'non profitable' from her lists. I didn't want her practice to choose my next dentist for me and I wanted to go local now as well. I had a couple of practices in contention, I spoke to Kate on reception who was very helpful and sent me an information pack in the post (which was very professionally designed and put together) so I could think things over. Having read more reviews of this practice and looking at their social media posts and the way they present themselves as professional but also fun and informative I decided I would book an appointment to register with Mariana (who I'd heard good things about) for next year. I spoke to Kate again to make the arrangements and was met with the same friendly, polite and professional manner as before, details were taken and a confirmation text and email receipt for my deposit were sent within a few minutes. First visit today. Made very welcome at reception who explained who we were going to see. Narges the dentist came across as very professional with a good bedside manner. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and was positive in her explanations.
